“Manuel Pizarro Expeditions put together the greatest team for our EBC Trek! Jim’s vast experience and exuberance combined with Melissa’s competence and sense of humor make them a dynamic guiding duo! They set the pace on our trek in a way that allowed everyone in our diverse group to succeed and have fun doing it.

Of course I will never forget my first view of Chomolungma from Kala Pattar Peak or the excitement of reaching Everest Base Camp, but I will also always remember and cherish the great times along the way: morning yoga with Melissa, lessons in Buddhism from Jim, extra sightseeing adventures in Kathmandu, roof-top parties, and, of course, ‘pool day’ at the Yak & Yeti! Dhanybhad! More than half-way around the world, I felt ‘at home’ with Jim & Melissa! What an adventure – full of excitement, challenges and laughter. I’d go anywhere with them!” Kim – Lincolnville, ME
